NEW TOWNSHIP HALL OPENS
The expansion project is now complete and our new facilities are open for business. The Melrose Township Board of Trustees conducted their first meeting in the new hall on March 8th and all future board and committee meetings will be held in our new meeting room. The 5,900 square foot addition provides: - 2 new firetruck bays
- A 52 by 24 foot meeting/training room facility
- A basic kitchen for small community functions
- Two offices for the Township and one for Fire Service

Our 52 by 24 foot meeting room and training facility will accomodate 125 people and includes a committee table with microphones.

The kitchen includes a 6 burner gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a large maple-block work table.

Township officials have two new offices while the Fire Department now has an office dedicated to fire service needs.

A public notice board has been installed in the entryway to our new facility. Meeting notices, agendas, and other important public information can be found here.
