UPCOMING PUBLIC HEARINGS ON LAND USE PLAN UPDATE & ZONING AMENDMENT

The Marion Township Planning Commission will hold two consecutive public hearings beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 22, 2008 in the Marion Township Hall at 03735 Marion Center Road.

The first public hearing will be to accept comments on the proposed Marion Township Land Use Plan - 2008 Update.

The second public hearing will be to accept comments on a proposed amendment to the Marion Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the schedule of regulations. The public hearing on this proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment will immediately follow the public hearing on the proposed Land Use Plan Update.

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearings and comment on the proposed Land Use Plan Update and/or the Zoning Ordinance Amendment.
