Proposed text amendments include changes and additions to Definitions; regulations for Short-term Rentals, Sexually Oriented Businesses, and Towers; as well as provisions to bring the Zoning Ordinance into compliance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (Public Act 110 of 2006).

Proposed zoning map amendments include rezoning a number of parcels from their current zoning designation to the Public Land and Facilities District ("PLFD").
