For the WEEK OF AUGUST 29th, the Treasurer will take property tax payments at the Township Hall on MON. AUGUST 30th - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; THURS SEPTEMBER 2nd - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and SAT. SEPTEMBER 4th - 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. If paying with cash please bring exact change.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on an "as-needed" basis. Meetings are generally held on the 1st Thursday of the calendar month.

Following this practice, the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet, Thursday, September 16, 7:00 PM at Bay Township Hall to consider a request for variance submitted by Kenneth and Linda Fall for a lot located at 04917 Boyne City Road. The Property Owners seek to build a garage structure in the front yard of the lot. Structures generally are not allowed in the front yard of a lot. Interested parties may comment by attending the meeting, by written communication to the Township Hall address, Attn. Zoning Administrator, or by submitting comments by email to wyldewind@gmail.com.
